Kal Benedict, Partner

Kal has over 10 years of experience as a Sales leader in the telecommunications industry. In his last role as Vice President of Sales at Beanfield, he was responsible for market development and the strategic growth of Beanfield Metroconnect’s Commercial and Residential Services. Kal led the evolution of the Beanfield Product Portfolio to adapt to the client demand for Digital Transformation and worked on partnerships and solutions for Beanfield with Global Data Center Operators, Internet Exchanges, CDN’s & HyperScalers.  Kal also provides strategic consulting to REITs and Data Centre Operators in support of leasing activities or customer engagements with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, IBM Softlayer, and the TMX Group. 

Daniel Simmons, Partner

Daniel is a thought leader, product manager, and innovation strategist with over 14 years of experience. Daniel started his career working in Private Cloud DCs for Toronto FinServ companies, and most recently spent three years as the Director of Cloud Strategy for Beanfield Metroconnect. Daniel continues to provide strategic consulting to REITs and Data Centre operators in support of leasing activities, tenant service contracts, or technical engagements on behalf of his clients servicing customers such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, IBM Softlayer, and the TMX Group.
